Rally Against Denial

On April 23, 2004, the ANC Professional Network, ARF Shant Student Association and AYF presented the annual Rally Against Denial at Glendale Ararat Homenetmen's Baghdasarian-Shahinian Hall. Over 1,000 Armenians of all ages packed Baghdasarian-Shahinian Hall to see speeches, poems and songs. Speakers included alternative radio host David Barsamian, Assemblyman Dario Frommer, Board of Equalization Member John Chung and Armenian National Assembly member Levon Mkrtchyan. Singers included Sose, Hovanes, Rima, Nersig Ispirian and Razmig Mansourian. Attendees were also treated to video presentations, speeches from event organizers and a poem reading.
